For a simple starting point, Calm is built for a steadier daily ritual, Energy for daytime momentum, and Vibe for creative or social rhythm. The store quiz can point you to a product path quickly.

Can I buy product without joining membership or ceremony?

Yes. The public store is open for product orders. Membership, ceremony, and certain private catalog items are separate access paths and are not required to shop the core formulas.

Why do some products require access?

Some ceremony, peptide, hape, and custom order items are intentionally private. If you were invited to one of those flows, use the access instructions you received. Everyone else should shop the public store.

Are Frequency products medical treatments?

No. Frequency products are functional mushroom and ritual products intended to support daily wellness routines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

How do subscriptions work?

Eligible products show the subscription option on the product page before checkout. You can choose one-time purchase when available, or subscribe for recurring delivery and savings.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled through secure payment infrastructure. Frequency does not ask you to send card details by email or chat.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders are prepared as quickly as operations allows. Tracking is sent after fulfillment. If timing is urgent, contact support before placing the order.
