SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
By opting in to Frequency SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS marketing and transactional text messages from Frequency at the mobile phone number you provided. Marketing messages may include founder updates, product launches, educational content, and occasional offers. Transactional messages may include shipping notifications, tracking updates, order confirmations, and replies to customer-support questions you initiate.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are sent no more than 6 times per month. Transactional messages (shipping, order, support) are sent only in response to your activity and are not subject to the monthly cap.
3. How You Opted In
You opted in to Frequency SMS by providing your mobile phone number and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Frequency website form (such as our policy briefing form, the microdosing guide form, or our checkout). Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Phone numbers provided without checking the consent box are stored for account purposes only and are NOT enrolled in Frequency SMS.
4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of Frequency SMS at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further marketing messages. Replying STOP also stops transactional messages from this program. If you opted out by mistake, reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe.
5. How to Get Help
For help with Frequency SMS, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a reply with our contact information. You can also email us at privacy@frequencycaps.com at any time.
6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Frequency SMS does not charge for messages, but your carrier may. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Supported Carriers & Carrier Liability
Frequency SMSis available on most major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost, Mint Mobile, Visible, Google Fi, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your carrier's network and may vary.
8. Privacy & Contact
We treat your phone number with the same care as your email and other personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process the information you give us. We do not sell or rent phone numbers collected for Frequency SMS.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via SMS to active subscribers and posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation in Frequency SMS after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
