30-Day Return Window

Unopened Frequency products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email care@frequencycaps.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a return address and RMA number.
  3. Ship the item back with the RMA on the package.
  4. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

What Doesn't Qualify

  • Opened or partially used product (safety + compliance).
  • Membership or digital ceremony access after first session.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization.

Damaged or Defective

If your order arrived damaged or missing, email care@frequencycaps.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We cover replacement shipping both ways.
